  • 1999 Original owners of TBCo sold a majority of the business to Mike Shea, president of TBCo
  • 2005 Other executives bought into Tom Barrow Company, aligning leadership's interests with the company's long-term success through shared ownership
  • 2018 TBCo acquires Mechanical Products, Inc. (MPI)
  • 2020 TBCo expands space and moves to new corporate headquarters building
  • 2022 TBCo acquires assets from Green Building Innovations (GBI) to become the exclusive HVAC Variable Frequency Drive representative and authorized service provider of Yaskawa in Southeast Florida
  • 2022 Tom Barrow Co. acquires CMH Solutions Inc.
  • 2023 Tom Barrow Co. partners with Ardian, a world-leading private investment house, to accelerate growth while continuing its industry-leading service for customers
